As always, Concept Beauty took care of me in a very individualized manner. I was having trouble responding to the topical numbing solution while trying to get a retouch of my eyebrows. I was experiencing a lot of pain because in some cases, the topical solution doesn’t work. But they took the time to recognize my situation, and solve the problem. They found a solution that works for me. Always a great experience; always walk out feeling as though my needs are catered to in a very specific manner. Life-long customer for sure! PS - I also have my hair care needs attended to here. Never disappointed, always walk out feeling confident and extremely satisfied!

You know how Jesus(The Lord) is commonly depicted as having long hair? That probably would not be the case had he walked the earth today. Cause today Lexi would have crafted a custom hairstyle for him that would have enhanced even his perfect holiness. Even when provided with incredibly vague direction like "IDFK, whatever you think" or "do whatever is in your power to lessen the rather prodigious amount of ugly that I came in with", she truly transcends what I've come to expect from a "stylist". She is a true artist who takes the human equivalent of finger paintings and transforms them into walking masterpieces. The five stars I provided should have an exponent because they are woefully inadequate in describing her talent.

Wowie wow wow, best hair salon experience, ever. I went to Concept Beauty Headquarters to get a bad haircut fixed but I feel like I left with one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I was so impressed with Lexi's skill and attention to detail. She was great about answering all of my questions and I will definitely be back!

I was referred to Lexi 2 years ago and have been going to her every 2 weeks since. She's fun, easy to talk to and puts a lot of effort into a men's cut (which is unusual). I recommend her to anyone looking to get hair done!

Lexi is AMAZING. If you're questioning trying out Concept Beauty HQ, don't. Make your appointment. I went from salon to salon, "brand" salons, high rated salons, spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars only to get results that were followed with "your hair is just too hard to lift for what you want." LEXI MADE IT HAPPEN. Not only do I have the hair color and haircut Ive wanted for years, Lexi also has helped me understand how to better take care of my hair. She's definitely someone that will give you your dream hair but won't try to avoid the topic of hair health like other professionals sometimes attempt to do. I'm 100% a customer for life!

I’ve used Lexi for years! 10/10 recommend! She’s great with red hair. She also microbladed my then non existent eyebrows and they look great as well! I plan on getting eyeliner done eventually! Try out her services..you won’t be sorry!
